The Friends Card is Mayoral's loyalty programme, created so that you can enjoy exclusive advantages and personalised benefits, as well as keeping you informed of all the offers and promotions that may be of interest to you. 

Joining our Friends Card programme is very simple. All you have to do is create an account at mayoral.com or request registration at Mayoral stores. Once you have created an account at mayoral.com, you will automatically become part of our loyalty programme. 

The Friends Card is a digital card that certifies membership of our loyalty programme, allowing you to accumulate credit on your purchases and obtain gift vouchers that can be redeemed at mayoral.com and Mayoral stores, among other benefits.  

The Friends Card is not valid in the Mayoral sections of El Corte Inglés: it is not possible to accumulate credit or redeem gift vouchers. 

Creating a user account on mayoral.com in countries where our Friends Card loyalty programme is available will entail participation in the programme. You will only be able to enjoy the advantages and benefits of the country in which you registered.  

In this regard, we would like to inform you that countries offering the Friends Card loyalty programme advertise it on their respective websites. 

Only individuals over the age of 18 may be holders of the Friends Card. Legal entities are excluded. 

The use of the Friends Card is governed by these rules. These conditions may be modified or cancelled at Mayoral's discretion at any time, with or without prior notice. A copy of these conditions will be available to the cardholder at mayoral.com.  

In the event of cancellation of the Friends Card loyalty programme, and after notifying members, the balance of all accumulated purchases and benefits attributed to them may be cancelled. 

You can register for the loyalty programme at mayoral.com or in Mayoral shops. Once you have created your account, you will automatically become part of our loyalty programme.  

To successfully complete your registration at a Mayoral store, you must fill in the form that you will receive at the email address provided to the store staff. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email containing your digital card. 

The first use of the Friends Card implies full acceptance of the general terms and conditions. 

Each member may only hold one loyalty card.  

All customers who have registered on mayoral.com up to 09/12/2025 will be added to our Friends Card loyalty programme, with the following scenarios possible:  

From 15/12/2025, all customers who register at mayoral.com will automatically become part of our Friends Card loyalty programme. 

Each member may activate or deactivate their card whenever necessary. Deactivating the Amigos Card means losing the benefits associated with the loyalty programme (vouchers, promotions, offers and communications). 

The Friends Card is at all times the property of Mayoral, with the customer acting as custodian. 

It is not a means of payment. 

It is valid for Mayoral stores and the online store in the country where the loyalty programme is registered (except El Corte Inglés). 

Registration in the loyalty programme is free of charge, with no associated costs. 

It is personal and non-transferable: only the cardholder can accumulate the balance of their purchases and redeem the cheques. 

The Friends Card is incompatible with Tax Free or VAT refunds. 

To accumulate the amount of their purchases in Mayoral stores, members must prove their identity using their Friends Card ID, email address or mobile phone number. For purchases at mayoral.com, you must first link your Friends Card to your online user account via My Account > Friends Card if you are not registered with Friends Card. 

The physical Friends Card will have the same validity as the digital card. Mayoral reserves the right to request identification from the cardholder. 

In the event of loss, and in line with our commitment to sustainability, no new physical cards will be issued.  

You can check your digital Friends Card and its balance by going to My Account > Friends Card and use it in our Mayoral shops. You can also contact our Customer Service department to have your card sent to you by email in digital format.  

From 15/12/2025 onwards, all users with an account at mayoral.com or new registrations will automatically belong to the Friends Card loyalty programme. Similarly, registered users who have deactivated their card will be able to reactivate it from their private area at mayoral.com. 

Members who wish to leave our loyalty programme may deactivate their Friends Card from My Account > Friends Card. This will result in the loss of the benefits associated with the loyalty programme, such as receiving cheques or being able to participate in specific promotions and offers, as well as the loss of any accumulated balance, which will be cancelled.  

Members who have activated their Friends Card accumulate the amount of their purchases as credit towards gift vouchers.  

At mayoral.com, membership is automatic. In Mayoral shops, customers must show their Friends Card or prove their identity as the cardholder by providing their Friends Card ID, email address or mobile phone number.  

Gift voucher terms and conditions:  

• All purchases made in the country where the account was created and the Friends Card is activated are accumulated. 

• For every £75 spent, a £5 gift voucher is generated. Transport costs (shipping costs) that may be incurred in an online purchase are not accumulated as balance for obtaining cheques. 

• All purchase amounts, whether paid by card, PayPal, cash or other payment method, are accumulated.  

• The amount of online purchases is reflected in the statement when the order is shipped. If it is not possible to ship an item, the amount for that item is not accumulated on the statement. 

• It is possible to combine several gift vouchers in the same purchase, except for promotional vouchers and/or vouchers with a minimum purchase amount.  

• In the event that purchase amounts are accumulated in error, the amount will be deducted. If you detect any error in your account, you can resolve it by contacting our Customer Service department.  

• Once the voucher has been issued, the accumulated purchase balance that originated it will be lost, whether it has been redeemed or not. 

• The balance of accumulated purchases used to generate vouchers will be valid for one year (12 months from the time of purchase). 

Mayoral may issue promotional cheques whose amount, conditions and expiry date will be indicated on the gift cheques themselves. 

These promotional gift vouchers are issued on an ad hoc basis and there is no obligation to generate them outside the promotion period. 

Mayoral is not responsible if a customer is unable to benefit from an available gift voucher because they are unaware of it or have not agreed to receive commercial communications. 

Gift vouchers are available in My Account > Friends Card. 

Between the 1st and 10th of each month, members will receive a cheque via SMS or email corresponding to the balance they have generated the previous month. If not redeemed, it will be cancelled or expire on the last day of the following month. 

Members who have activated their Friends Card can view their cheques and check their expiry date in My Account > Friends Card. 

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or gift vouchers with a minimum purchase amount. 

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with the issuance of Gift Vouchers or the purchase of Gift Cards. 

The issuance of a gift voucher entails the automatic deduction of the balance that generated its acquisition. 

The gift voucher can only be redeemed in a single purchase. The purchase amount must be equal to or greater than the value of the voucher. If the purchase is less than this amount, Mayoral will not refund the difference.  

In the event of a return, the redeemed voucher will not be refunded, except in the following cases: 

• If the order is completely cancelled by Mayoral or the customer. 

• If all items are returned due to defects. 

• If the order has been lost by the logistics company. 

• If the order is completely or partially incomplete (an item is unavailable, but in the latter case the customer requests a full refund of the order). 

In these cases, a new gift voucher will be issued for the same value as the one redeemed, with an expiry date of 15 days or the validity date if the original voucher is older than 15 days. If the online purchase was paid for in full with a gift voucher, a new voucher will be issued for the value of the items not sent. 

If an item is returned online, the balance of the purchase may be insufficient to issue a gift voucher. However, if the voucher has been redeemed, the member's account will have a negative balance. 

When you make a new purchase, the negative balance will be deducted from the new balance generated by this purchase.  

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the online store of the country where the Friends Card was issued, provided that the card is activated in your online user account. 

Participation in the programme will be terminated in the following situations: 

Mayoral reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the participation of any member in the Friends Card Loyalty Program who, in the company's judgment, has engaged in or there are reasonable indications that they have engaged in usage that is fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant with these terms and conditions.

The data collected in the mayoral.com registration form and in the Friends Card loyalty programme will be stored in the Friends Card file, with the aim of rewarding customer loyalty and informing them of Mayoral's latest news and commercial activities.  

Communications related to the Friends Card loyalty programme will be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other Mayoral contact channel. Membership of the loyalty programme does not imply an obligation to subscribe to commercial communications. 

Mayoral shall not be held liable if a customer does not enjoy the benefits of the loyalty programme due to lack of knowledge because they are not subscribed to commercial communications. 

Each Friends Card member has the right to access this information, and may rectify, cancel or object to it, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data. 

Friends Card members give their consent to the computerised processing of their data by any company in the Mayoral Group. 

At any time and at Mayoral's request, Friends Card members must prove their identity by answering personal identification questions or by showing identification. 

Mayoral guarantees the confidentiality of the data of each member of the Friends Card loyalty programme.
