How will I know if an item is on sale?
When you view an item, we will show you the original price and its current price, as well as the percentage discount resulting from the difference between the two.
Are there shipping fees for sale items?
Shipping fees are the same for all Mayoral items, whether they are on sale or not. If your purchase exceeds 80 DKK, shipping is free! If you need more information, check here.
Can I exchange or return an item purchased on sale?
You have 30 days from the delivery of your order to process a return, we do not currently offer exchanges. We recommend that you check the Cancellations and Returns section of the shopping guide for more information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from Spain and may take 2-5 business days to be delivered.
Can I track my order?
Access My account > Orders to track your order, you will receive an email every time your order status changes!
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact our Customer Service department with the complete address.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order?
Just go to My Account> Orders to process the return or select the order to be returned from My Account > Returns. For more information, please refer to the Cancellations and Returns section of our Shopping Guide.
How can I know the correct size for my child?
In the size guide available in each article on our website you can consult the recommendations of measures according to their age.
Is there any warranty for sale items?
All items on our website have the same warranty, regardless of whether they are on sale or not. You can check our purchase conditions here.
What should I do if I receive a faulty sale item?
Just process a return from My Account during the first 30 days after receiving your order. After this period, you will need to contact our Customer Service. Once we receive the item, we will check its condition and refund the amount you paid.
What payment methods can I use?
Although credit or debit cards are the most common method of payment, at Mayoral you can choose from a variety of payment methods. Check here all the available options.
