  • If you are already registered with, you will be able to access the website with the same email and password.
  • If you are already registered on both websites with the same email address, but with a different password, the password created for Mayoral will prevail.
  • If you are registered on the two websites with different email addresses, the login details of both websites will allow you to log in indistinctly.
  • If you are not yet registered on any of our websites, register on any of them and you will automatically have access to the other one with the same email and password.

Mayoral offers you a simple online shopping service. Purchase from us in only 5 steps!
  1. Add to your “shopping cart” the garments that you would like, selecting colour and size. If you have any doubts about the size you will be able to look up the size guide offered inside of each garments display.
  2. Once you have all you need, access your ‘shopping cart’ by clicking on the ‘checkout’ button.
  3. If you are not registered you will have to do so before accessing your ‘shopping cart’ and processing your order.
  4. Following this, and once inside the ‘shopping cart’, you will be able to see the summary of your order and you will have to select the shipping method and the payment method. You will be able to use credit and debit card or Paypal.
  5. Finally, the Mayoral website will indicate you that your order has been processed correctly and we will send you and e-mail confirmation.
Remember: You will be able to follow your order at all times on ‘My account’. We will also inform you about the whole process by sending you e-mails.

You only need to fill in the form in the ‘Request your catalogue’ section of the website. This is the best way to receive all of our latest trends and styles directly to your door.

The delivery country must match with the purchase country. When you visit you will indicate your preferences in “Country/region”. The delivery localities are related to the selected “Country/Region” If at any point you would like to change the region or area you can do so in the top right hand side of the screen.

You can currently pay for your online purchases using credit or debit cards, as well as PayPal.

If you live in the United Kingdom all prices include import taxes and VAT. However, deliveries could experience delays when crossing the border.
For customers in Northern Ireland, please note that we have temporarily suspended all deliveries to this region until further notice.

It is possible that certain items will not appear in our online store due to lack of stock. In this case we recommend that you click on the Check availability in store link to locate the garment in a physical store.

You can track the status of your order through My account > Orders. We will also send you an email each time your order status changes so as that you are informed at all times of its situation.

Once inside your shopping bag, just click 'Apply' on the promotion or discount voucher you want to redeem. Remember that if you do not use the total amount, you will lose the remaining balance. To check if you have an available promotion or discount voucher, you only have to access  My account > Promotions.

You can only cancel an order if its status is ‘Received’ in your order summary. Please contact us for more details.

You only have to click on the ‘Have you forgotten your Password?’ link, underneath the login and we will send a new password to your e-mail address.

You only have to process the return from your account if you are still within the return period or, if you are already out of time, contact our Online Customer Service Department. Mayoral will refund you for the item as soon as we receive it at our warehouse and verify the condition of the item.

The Gift Receipt allows you to send an order to the person you want without the amount appearing and with a personalized message you can add.

The person who receives it can process the return at Mayoral stores (only in Spain and Portugal) or at The amount of the returned items is reimbursed on a Mayoral Card, which will be physically delivered if the return is processed in the store, or sent by email if the return is processed online.

If you want to place an order as a gift, you only have to select the Gift Receipt option in the shopping cart. This option is not compatible with the use of other promotions or discount vouchers.

Yes, when you select the Gift Receipt option in the shopping cart, you can enter a brief message that will be printed on the order delivery note.

As with any other order, you can check the status of your order from your account section.

The term for any return is 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.

Yes, to do so, the return must be processed by the same user who placed the order.

You can pay with the Mayoral Card both in Mayoral physical stores, presenting the card at the time of purchase, and in our online store, by entering the Mayoral Card number in the shopping cart.

The recipient can return the order by going to any of our physical stores (only in Spain and Portugal) or by requesting an online return from the Gift Receipt section of the website. The return must always be processed in the same country in which the order was received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of bathing suits, underwear, hair accessories, earrings, costume jewelry, sunglasses, cologne or cosmetics will not be accepted.

No, only returns of items purchased on can be processed online
