                     Each season we actively search for products that meet the highest quality standards and ensure that the management of resources in our supply chain is carried out responsibly. We aspire to continue improving our product, increasing the circularity of raw materials and reducing the associated carbon footprint in line with our 2022-2030 decarbonization commitment through the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

<p>There is still a long way to go</p><p><br/></p><h3>Aware of the importance of moving towards a more sustainable and responsible model of production, we are acting on the relevant Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).</h3>

<p>In order to minimise carbon emissions, Mayoral draws up a programme of action around production, logistics and product life cycle. We are committed to incorporating eco-friendly materials such as recycled paper, which is 100% present in our shop bags, and to the reduction of waste generated, among other objectives.</p>

Packaging

<p>One of our objectives is to adapt our chain of stores and logistics centers to an eco-efficient model. The energy we use in our stores is of renewable origin in order to reduce the impact of electricity consumption and related emissions.</p><p>In our Distribution Centers, the following stand out:</p><p>Low-consumption LED lighting</p><p>Installation of photovoltaic panels</p><p>Energy self-sufficiency project</p>

Facilities 

<p><br/></p><p>Mayoral wishes to develop a pedagogical function, inviting young and older people to take care of the environment and also to participate in solidarity.</p>
