What is the home delivery process?
When your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a confirmation email. The carrier will contact you via SMS or email so you can track your shipment and know the estimated delivery date.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Malaga, Spain, to the United States via FedEx or UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor your package. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order securely. For orders under $500, FedEx or UPS may deliver the package without requiring a signature. If the carrier provides confirmation or photo proof of delivery, Mayoral is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery. For purchases over $500, FedEx or UPS will require a signature upon delivery. Once FedEx or UPS confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer, and we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages that have been verified as delivered.
Can Mayoral orders be sent to a pick-up point?
Yes, the carrier will notify you via SMS or email when your order is ready at the pick-up point. You will need an ID to collect your package. The carrier will also inform you of the deadline for collection.
