You can cancel an order if the status is Received. To cancel an order, first go to Orders

Once the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed in the same payment method used in your purchase. This process may take a few days depending on your bank.

Remember that you have 30 days from the date of delivery of the order to process the return, after this time no returns will be accepted.

To process a return, please click My account > Orders or select the order to be returned from the Returns section and follow the steps.

Remember that all garments or items to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were sent, non-worn and with all their tags. In any case, we do not accept returns of unsealed items after delivery or certain items for hygiene reasons.

Due to the complexities of international shipping, duties, customs fees, handling charges, and shipping costs are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.

Mayoral reserves the right to review cases involving lost or damaged items during transit. If you experience issues with delivery or receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a credit in your original form of payment, within 10-14 days, depending on your bank.

In the online store you will have to first process the return of the items you want to exchange and then place a new order with the new items.

If you make a partial or full return of your purchase, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid for the item(s) (the original price minus the proportional part of the voucher applied), but the discount voucher will not be reinstated.

The voucher will also not be reinstated if the order is canceled by Mayoral, if any of the items have defects, or if you receive an incomplete order.

However, there are some exceptions where, in addition to the refund, you will receive a new discount voucher of a similar amount, valid for at least 15 days.

Exceptions: If you cancel the order from your personal account or if we cancel it upon your request through our customer service, if all the items in the order have defects, if your order is lost or you receive an incomplete order and choose to return all received items.
