The Friends Card is Mayoral’s loyalty program, created for you to enjoy exclusive advantages and personalized benefits, as well as to keep you informed about all offers and promotions that may be of interest to you. 
Becoming part of our Friends Card program is very simple, you only need to create an account at mayoral.com. Once your account has been created, you will automatically become a member of our loyalty program. 
The Friends Card is a digital card that certifies your membership in our loyalty program. With it, you can accumulate credit on your purchases and receive gift vouchers redeemable at mayoral.com, among other benefits. 
Creating a user account on mayoral.com, in those countries where the Friends Card loyalty program is available, automatically implies participation in the program. You will only be able to enjoy the advantages and benefits offered in the country where you registered. 
In this regard, please note that countries offering the Friends Card loyalty program display this information on their respective websites.  

Only individuals over 18 years of age may hold a Friends Card. Legal entities are excluded. 
The use of the Friends Card is governed by these rules. These conditions may be modified or revoked at Mayoral’s discretion at any time, with or without prior notice. A copy of these conditions will be made available to cardholders on mayoral.com. 
In the event of the cancellation of the Friends Card loyalty program, and following prior notification to members, the balance of all accumulated purchases and assigned benefits may be canceled. 
Registration in the loyalty program can be completed via mayoral.com or at Mayoral stores. Once your account has been created, you will automatically become a member of our loyalty program. 
To complete registration effectively in a Mayoral store, you must fill out the form that will be sent to the email address provided to the store staff. Once registration is complete, you will receive an email containing your digital card. 
The first use of the Friends Card constitutes full acceptance of these general conditions.

All customers who have registered on mayoral.com by 09/12/2025 will be added to our Friends Card loyalty program, with the following scenarios possible: 
  • For customers who are already part of our loyalty program, no changes will be made. 
  • Customers who are members of the Friends Card but have a deactivated loyalty card can reactivate it by logging into My Account > Friends Card. Otherwise, the card will remain deactivated. 
  • Customers who are not yet members of the Friends Card will receive an email with their digital card. If they wish, they can deactivate it by logging into My Account > Friends Card. 
From 15/12/2025 onward, all customers who register on mayoral.com will automatically become members of our Friends Card loyalty program. 
Each member may activate or deactivate their card whenever they wish. Deactivating the Friends Card will result in the loss of all associated loyalty program benefits (vouchers, promotions, offers, and communications).  

The Friends Card is at all times the property of Mayoral, with the customer acting as its custodian. 
It is not a payment method. 
Registration in the loyalty program is free of charge and has no associated costs. 
The card is personal and non-transferable: only the cardholder may accumulate purchase balance and redeem vouchers. 
The Friends Card cannot be used in conjunction with Tax-Free purchases or VAT refunds. 
To accumulate the value of purchases in Mayoral stores, members must verify their identity using their Friends Card ID, email address, or mobile phone number. For purchases on mayoral.com, members must first link their Friends Card to their online user account via My Account > Friends Card, if they are not already registered. 
The physical Friends Card holds the same validity as the digital card. Mayoral reserves the right to request an identification document from the cardholder.  

All purchases made in the country where the Friends Card was issued will count towards earning credit.
For every $250 spent, you’ll earn a $20 gift voucher. Shipping fees for online orders do not count towards accumulating credit for gift vouchers.
All payments, whether by card, PayPal, or cash, will be added to your balance.
The value of online purchases will appear in your statement once the order is billed—when it's shipped. If any items are out of stock and can't be shipped, their value will not be added to your statement.
A maximum of two gift vouchers can be redeemed in a single purchase.
If you notice an error in your account, you can submit a claim. Mayoral will correct the error as soon as you provide proof of your entitlement.
Mayoral may deduct any incorrectly added purchase amounts from your balance.
Once a gift voucher has been issued, the accumulated credit that generated it will be lost, whether the voucher is used or not.
Your accumulated credit for generating vouchers will be valid for one year (12 months from the date of purchase).

Between the 1st and 10th of each month, members will receive a voucher via SMS or email based on the balance they earned the previous month. If the voucher isn’t used, it will expire on the last day of the following month.
Members who have linked their Friends Card to their online account can view their vouchers from their account and use them for orders on mayoral.com. You can also check the validity of your vouchers by going to My Account > Friends Card.
Please note, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers from the online store.
Gift vouchers are not combinable with special promotions. They are also not compatible with Gift Receipts or purchasing Gift Cards.
Once a gift voucher is issued, the credit that earned it will be automatically deducted from your balance.
Each gift voucher must be used in a single purchase. The total value of the purchase must be equal to or greater than the voucher amount. Mayoral will not reimburse the difference if your purchase is less than the value of the voucher.
In case of full or partial cancellation of an online purchase where a gift voucher was used: 
  • If the entire order is canceled, the customer will be refunded the paid amount, and a new gift voucher of the same value will be issued, with an expiry date of 15 days from the date of issue.
  • If the order is incomplete (some items are missing) and part or all of the payment was made using a gift voucher, Mayoral will refund the value of the missing items. If the entire order was paid using a gift voucher, a new voucher will be issued for the value of the missing items, with an expiry date of 15 days from the date of issue.
  • For orders partially paid by card or PayPal and gift voucher, the amount of the missing items will first be refunded through conventional payment methods (card or PayPal), and if necessary, a new voucher will be generated for the remaining balance. This new voucher will also expire 15 days after issuance.
If an item is returned online and the purchase balance is insufficient to issue a gift voucher, but the voucher has already been used, the member’s account will reflect a negative balance. This negative balance will be deducted from the balance generated with the next purchase.
For online returns where a voucher was used, the part paid by card or PayPal will be refunded first. If a voucher refund is also needed, its expiry date will be updated to 15 days from the date of issue.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the online store of the country where the Friends Card was issued, provided that the card is linked to your online user account. 

Participation in the program may be terminated in the following situations: 
  • If a Friends Card member fails to comply with these general conditions or makes improper use of the card or gift vouchers. 
  • At the member’s request, at any time, by providing written notice to Mayoral (C/ La Orotava, 118, 29006 Málaga), or through mayoral.com. 
  • If the program is terminated in its entirety.  
Mayoral reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel a customer’s participation in the Friends Card loyalty benefits if, in the company’s judgment, the customer has engaged in, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect, fraudulent, abusive, or improper use contrary to these terms and conditions.

The data collected through the registration form on mayoral.com, and consequently through participation in the Friends Card loyalty program, will be stored in the Friends Card database, with the purpose of rewarding customer loyalty and informing members about Mayoral’s latest news and promotional activities. 
Communications related to the Friends Card loyalty program may be sent via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other contact channel used by Mayoral. Membership in the loyalty program does not require subscription to commercial communications. 
Mayoral is not responsible if a customer does not benefit from the loyalty program due to not being subscribed to commercial communications. 
Each Friends Card member has the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of their data, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data. 
By participating in the Friends Card program, the member consents to the computerized processing of their data by any company within the Mayoral Group. 
At any time, and at Mayoral’s request, the Friends Card member must verify their identity by answering personal identification questions or presenting an identification document. 
Mayoral guarantees the confidentiality of all data belonging to members of the Friends Card loyalty program.

Create your account at mayoral.com. You will instantly receive your card by email in digital format, and it will also be available in your private area once your registration is complete. 

You can use your Friends Card on mayoral.com.  

Joining our loyalty program is completely free of charge. Once your card is activated, you can enjoy multiple exclusive benefits for members.  

You accumulate balance through your purchases on mayoral.com, which can later be converted into gift vouchers. For every $250 spent, you will receive a $20 gift voucher. 
  • To accumulate the amount of your online purchase, your Friends Card must be activated at the time of purchase. 
It is essential that all your account details are complete and valid in order to receive your gift vouchers.  

You can view your available gift vouchers in My Account > Friends Card. 
Additionally, if you are subscribed to commercial communications, you will receive updates about your gift vouchers via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other channels. 
Gift vouchers corresponding to the balance generated during the previous month are issued between the 1st and 10th of each month and are communicated through the aforementioned channels. 

Gift vouchers corresponding to the balance generated during the previous month expire on the last day of the following month if not redeemed. 
Gift vouchers associated with other promotions will specify their validity period directly on the voucher.  

There is no limit to the number of vouchers you can redeem in a single purchase. However, if the voucher is promotional or subject to a minimum purchase requirement, it may not be combined with other vouchers. 

You can redeem your gift vouchers at mayoral.com. 
  • To use your vouchers for an online purchase, you must be logged into your account at the time of purchase. Available vouchers will appear during checkout, and you’ll need to activate them before completing your order. The voucher amount will be deducted from the total, excluding shipping costs. 
Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional vouchers or with the issuance of a Gift Ticket, nor can they be used to purchase a Gift Card.  

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be redeemed in a single purchase. 

Purchases made on mayoral.com appear once the order has been shipped. 

Your digital Friends Card is always available in My Account > Friends Card.
