Orders are currently not delivered on weekends and federal holidays.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, login into your account, using the same email address as the one you placed your order with, then click on My Account to process the return, please use the pre-paid shipping label that was sent inside your package or if you need a new one, you can request it, when processing your return online and finally drop your package off at the nearest UPS location.

Exchanges are not available at this time. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions above to return your item.

It is possible that certain items will not appear in our online store due to lack of stock. In this case we recommend that you click on the Check availability in store link to locate the garment in a physical store.

You can track the status of your order through My Account > Orders. We will also send you an email each time your order status changes so as that you are informed at all times of its situation.

You can't make changes, but you can cancel an order if the status is “received”. To cancel an order, first go to your orders. If you’re not signed in, you’ll need to enter your email address from your order confirmation email, along with your password. Next, open the order you want to cancel, then tap or click the “Cancel order” button at the bottom of the page. If you don’t see the cancel button, your order is no longer eligible to be canceled. But don’t worry—you can return the items for any reason within 30 days.

You only have to process the return from your account if you are still within the return period or, if you are already out of time, contact our Online Customer Service Department. Mayoral will refund you for the item as soon as we receive it at our warehouse and verify the condition of the item.
